Sample Collection and Courier Information
To make sure your water sample reaches our laboratory in the best possible condition for testing, please take note of the following collection schedule.
To preserve sample integrity and ensure testing can be completed within the required holding times, our courier partner, UPS, offers the following collection schedule:
- Book Friday → Collection on Monday
- Book Monday → Collection on Tuesday
- Book Tuesday → Collection on Wednesday
- Book Wednesday → Collection on Thursday
Please note that Friday collections are not available, as samples would remain in transit over the weekend and may exceed the required holding times, potentially affecting sample integrity and the validity of the test results.
For the most accurate results, please collect your water sample as close as possible to the courier collection time, ideally immediately before collection. Full sampling instructions are provided in the water sampling guidelines included with your sample kit.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service once your sample has been collected.
